PayneCrest Electric Wins Unprecedented Third Consecutive Best MEP Subcontractor Award From American Subcontractors Association ST. LOUIS – PayneCrest Electric and Communications recently won the “Best MEP Subcontractor” award from the American Subcontractors Association (ASA) Midwest Council for the third year in a row. PayneCrest is the first subcontractor to receive the award for three consecutive years. Judging criteria includes bid ethics, safety policy and practices, jobsite supervision, communications and project relations, scheduling coordination, administrative procedures and quality workmanship. PayneCrest was recognizes in the "A" category of MEP subcontractors for those with annual revenue of more than $11 million. MEP subcontractors represents the largest category in the field and includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors. PayneCrest has been nominated for the award in four of the past five years. Award nominees are chosen by 35 general contractors in region. Previous winners of ASA’s “General Contractor of the Year Award” vote for the final subcontractor winners.
