Lumiere Place Casino & Hotel | St. Louis, MO

The glow of more than one million LED's that form the crown of the sign marking Lumiere Place Casino & Hotel only scratch the surface of PayneCrest's involvement with the new beacon-like downtown St. Louis landmark. When awarded, Lumiere Place was the largest electrical contract ever let locally and at its peak employed more than 250 union electricians who tallied more than 400,000 man hours over 18 months. It required PayneCrest to install electrical, fire alarm, voice data, audio-visual and security systems in a 294-room Four Seasons hotel, a five-story parking garage, saltwater outdoor pool, multiple fountains, a casino atop a 70,000-square-foot floating barge, five restaurants and three bars. PayneCrest also met the challenge posed by more than 500 change orders - aided in large part by its on-site 1,300-square-foot Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) operations center.
