In one of the largest design/build electrical contracts ever in St. Louis, PayneCrest used its pioneering CAD trailers to churn out more than 150 intricate drawings over a 90-day period to create a fortress of technology that handles 85 percent of the data that flows through the world’s largest bank. Working with a phased opening schedule, PayneCrest precisely sequenced work to power up segments of the project to allow a seamless consolidation of CitiMortgage’s dispersed St. Louis operations into a single, state-of-the-art facility for 5,000 workers.
