Originally a plan/spec building, state-of-the-art medical science research at Saint Louis University became a convert to the efficiencies of design/build. PayneCrest installed all power distribution, security, fire alarm, low voltage components, lighting controls, closed-circuit TV and site lighting for the eight-story lab building.
